Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Search Executive to join our Paid Search Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search engines. You will play a key role in driving performance, maximising ROI, and contributing to the overall success of our paid media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns to achieve client or company objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
  • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and target audience intent.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI, to ensure targets are met.
  • Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and analytics, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Any experience in running paid search campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with bid management tools and automation strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid search strategies is advantageous.
