Role :Technical Product Manager – MarTech

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the design and evolution of our datadriven
MarTech products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data platforms,
data engineering, machine learning, and AI (NLP, CV, recommendation systems,
personalization engines), and can bridge business outcomes with deep technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for data-centric MarTech solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, data models, and
technical workflows.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and ML teams to design scalable data pipelines,
models, and APIs.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure product decisions are data-driven.
- Evaluate new technologies (ML platforms, cloud data warehouses, CDPs, DCRs, AI
frameworks) to shape product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – business, sales, and marketing – to align
on priorities.
- Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, model performance tracking,
attribution) to validate product decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy/security standards (GDPR, DPDP, HIPAA where
relevant).
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years total experience, with 2–4 years in Product Management for data/AI/tech
products.
- Strong understanding of data engineering workflows (ETL, pipelines, APIs, cloud
platforms – GCP/AWS/Azure/Snowflake/Databricks).
- Exposure to ML/NLP/CV models and ability to evaluate model design/performance with
data science teams.
- Proven experience defining product requirements, writing PRDs, and working in agile
environments.
- Strong technical fluency: SQL, API concepts, data modeling, familiarity with ML
lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in MarTech/AdTech (CDPs, DMPs, CRM, attribution, campaign
optimization, data clean rooms).
- Exposure to identity resolution, audience segmentation, and personalization systems.
- Understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and consumer data ecosystems.
