Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a Specialist, Biddable to join our Media Management & Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and optimization of performance media campaigns for leading brands. You will directly contribute to client success by driving tangible business results through biddable solutions on platforms such as Google and Meta. This position offers the opportunity to grow within our Center of Excellence, collaborating with a dynamic team and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

 

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end activation, execution, and reporting of performance-based digital campaigns across multiple brands and biddable platforms.

Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to achieve and exceed client KPIs.

Strategic Development: Develop and present performance strategies for key clients and contribute to new business prospects, amplifying client knowledge on the value of biddable platforms.

Process Management: Implement and refine workflow processes for performance campaigns and ad operations to enhance efficiency, reporting, and collaboration.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal planning teams, and effectively lead cross-functional collaboration with media owners and other partners.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on the latest trends, upgrades, and enhancements in biddable platforms, and facilitate continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of key biddable platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and their underlying mechanisms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Executive position.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of WPP Media brands and capabilities.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms.
