Role Summary and Impact
As a Senior Influencer Executive at WPP Media, you will be a vital member of the team, responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business results for our clients. You will manage influencer relationships, oversee campaign execution, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our clients' influencer marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and authentic content in collaboration with influencers, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Present strategies, progress updates, and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media, content marketing, paid media) to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies.
- Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
