Role Overview
As a Senior Media Executive for this role , you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing influencer strategies for high-profile clients, along with managing the media side of things and how it is connected to the influencer strategies. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies, while ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers and partners.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including briefing, content review, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, PR, digital) to ensure influencer activations integrate seamlessly with wider brand campaigns.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance requirements.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of social media and influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging talent.
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or digital communications (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media monitoring/analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, or similar).
