Who we are looking for
As a Product Manager at Choreograph, you'll play a critical role in delivering products within our Activation suite, which includes solutions for campaign management, dynamic creative optimisation, platform activation amongst others. You primary focus will be on the Campaign Management space, specifically capabilities for media plan structuring and creation, automation of approval workflows, streamlining of campaign delivery, reconciliation, and billing.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the advertising ecosystem, ideally with knowledge and practical experience in both traditional and digital media. Using this experience, as well as your product management expertise, you will work closely with the Product Director to deliver on a growth and development strategy for one of our core products designed to support and streamline ad campaign management throughout the whole client/agency workflow: from client brief to financial reconciliation.
What you’ll do
- You will effectively contribute to the definition and oversee the delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring that all involved teams execute effectively and drive value creation, always staying mindful of delivering against budget, time, and scope constraints.
- To achieve this, you will build strong relationships with engineering teams. You will work directly with them daily, allocate and prioritise their workload to reach business goals and to incrementally deliver value. Ensure daily stand-up meetings are in place and the team is on track to deliver features and requirements as specified.
- You will deliver effective project management, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met by all involved stakeholders.
- You will ensure high quality of end user support for your product, by helping the support team build product knowledge, prioritise issues and respond to critical defects in a timely way.
- You will engage with stakeholders across multiple business functions, specialisms and locations, collect quantitative and qualitative feedback from them, effectively identify and interpret their needs, challenges, priorities and pain points, resulting in holistic understanding of product functionality gaps and development needs.
- You will be able to transform the insights gained through user and stakeholder feedback into product development plans and requirements, working closely with other specialist teams (engineering, UX/UI design etc.) on scoping and estimating resource, timings and costs required to deliver them.
- You will continuously measure the value of the product backlog items and iteratively refine the product backlog with the help of the team on the basis of the data, insights and changing priorities.
- Instil best practices of Product Management as a discipline across the team and identify improvement areas; proactively look for process and framework improvements and enhancements. Adapt and optimise use of relevant technology and tools to support effective and efficient product management work.

- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- A strong understanding of how agencies and advertisers use data and technology solutions to support their business operations and strategies.
- Experience in and/or understanding of media agency services, deliverables, workflows and processes; familiarity with key tech products and platforms used in planning, activation, reconciliation and measurement of advertising campaigns.
- Experience in practicing various agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver technical products and data solutions. Ability to lead application of these practices amongst the team at scale. Readiness to work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and stakeholder base.
- Proficiency in writing feature files in Behaviour Diven Development framework / Gherkin-based scenarios and requirements.
- Proven ability to document complex workflows using Business Process Model and Notation or a similar method.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and workflow visualization techniques; Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and UX tools (Figma, Balsamic etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to successfully work with engineering teams, effectively coordinating and managing their efforts to deliver results to specification and on time.
- Demonstrable experience of being able to operate and lead in fast-paced and dynamic product-led environments.
- Strong experience in providing the necessary level of documentation of system specifications and requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
- A strong work ethic: ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to balance multiple priorities and manage your own workload.
- Fine-tuned communication, presentation and influencing skills; with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites.
