Role Summary and Impact
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior Account Executive, working with one of the world's most iconic and innovative brands: adidas.
Sitting within the central adidas EU Brand Planning team, you will be a key player in the successful delivery of major, pan-European campaigns. You will take the lead on critical campaign milestones, from overseeing the end-to-end creative process and managing campaign roll-ups to coordinating with our specialist Hubs and 18 local market teams.
This role includes line management responsibility for an Account Executive, offering a brilliant opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and guiding their development. Your impact will be immediate, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and fostering strong relationships across the agency network and with the client.
Beyond operational excellence, you will actively contribute to strategic planning, using data and insights to shape campaign guidance and drive performance. This is a pivotal role for a proactive individual ready to take on more responsibility and accelerate their career in a fast-paced, strategic, pan-European environment.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with around 2+ years of experience in a media agency, ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for media, advertising, and the adidas brand. You are culturally curious and interested in the worlds of sport, fashion, and entertainment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have exceptional organisational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to keep complex processes on track.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and articulate information clearly to clients, internal teams, and partners.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude. You are comfortable taking ownership of key processes and have a desire to develop your leadership skills, including an ambition to mentor junior team members.
- A logical and numerate mindset with experience in campaign reporting and analysis. You are comfortable working with data to unearth insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with industry insight tools (e.g., YouGov, TGI) would be an advantage.
