Role Summary and Impact

The role exists within Mindshare Channels & Solutions to support a growing team, covering both SEO, CRO and Search Analysis. As an SEO Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in day-to-day support, and in some cases ownership, of client engagements, SEO process and execution on and off page.

The SEO Senior Account Executive will be required to support the growth of our offering with the help of the Account Manager and lead in management of the SEO Account Executives in the team. The SEO Senior Account Executive will help to support and shape the global SEO strategy for a variety of brands across content, technical and outreach.

Responsibilities 

Delivering client performance

  • Oversee development and creation of organic search best practices alongside your BD. Ultimate accountability for adherence to best practice, and responsible for effective oversight of designated organic and holistic search strategies.
  • Create from briefs client specific search landscapes and content topics
  • Support the benchmark reporting and analysis of client campaigns
  • SEO copy writing and optimisation to support the content strategy for global and local teams
  • Conduct technical and content audits and provide recommendations
  • Work with reporting tools to analyse performance and provide recommendations with the support of senior team members
  • Develop an understanding of the services we offer and how we offer them
  • Develop skill sets to become an expert in search marketing, across both paid search, programmatic, SEO and paid social media 

Driving our process

  • Conduct outreach execution approach at a global level and help coordinate this in regional/local markets via the strategy agreed by SEO directors and the global client.
  • Quality control deliverables with senior team members in order to confidently provide documentation to clients
  • Work within a timely manner to meet client & internal expectations and deadlines 

Inspiring our people

  • Provide Owned Media POVs for regular client updates to your manager to support campaign actions, reporting and strategies discussions
  • Effectively communicate with your Manager, client team and client contacts regarding deadlines and delivery of work 
  • Train Grads and Executives on how to effectively and execute an efficient SEO plan and how to apply best practices 
  • Support the Account Executive with tasks, providing guidance where needed 

The Ideal Candidate

The candidate should have an action-based attitude and strong time management skills to best support the SEO team. The candidate should be comfortable in presenting their findings and be confident across the core pillars of SEO and have the ambition to consistently expand their skill set.

Essential Criteria 

  • Have an understanding in areas of Owned Media such as SEO (websites, site analytics and mobile environments)
  • Good project management skills
  • Effective and efficient working style
  • Good understanding of on page and off page SEO
  • Creative thinking around content for digital
  • Understanding of site analytics and SEO tools
  • Highly organised and has a great attention to detail
  • Interest in search and digital media and advertising
  • Language skills desired but not required

Desirable Criteria 

  • Experience building Looker Studio reports
  • Experience in building deliverable templates for the team to utilise
  • Language skills
