At WPP Media, our dedicated unit for a leading CPG brand is evolving how brands are planned, executed and scaled — moving from fragmented, channel-led thinking to one integrated, outcome-driven operating model.

We are looking for a Lead who can own business outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and make integration work in practice- not just on slides.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end leadership of the business portfolio
  • Translating brand priorities (NPD, repush, sustenance) into cross-platform campaigns
  • Full-funnel ownership (upper → mid → lower), planned as one brand ecosystem
  • Driving alignment across planning, media, commerce, advocacy and data
  • Establishing unified KPIs and one performance narrative across teams
  • Senior partnership with client stakeholders

How You’ll Work

  • Lead and integrate teams across:
    • Brand & Communications Planning
    • E-commerce Planning
    • Advocacy / Creator Content
    • Biddable Media Execution
    • Data & Reporting
  • Set a clear operating rhythm:
    • Weekly WIPs (funnel health & priorities)
    • Monthly business reviews
    • Quarterly strategic reviews and forward plans
  • Ensure planning decisions drive execution — not the other way around

  • Brands planned and executed as one connected system, not in silos
  • Fewer fragmented campaigns, stronger reach and clearer storytelling
  • Better commercial outcomes through tighter planning–execution linkage
  • Teams operating with clarity, speed and shared accountability

Who You Are

  • 10+ years’ experience in media, planning, client leadership or transformation roles
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-brand portfolios
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media and commerce dynamics
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders
