Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Account Management:
- Act as Account Associate Partner on multiple blue-chip clients within WPP Media regional Affiliate Marketing team.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their affiliate programs.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the team to develop and pitch new ideas.
- Compile and deliver and present regular performance reports, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Responsible for financial management from an external perspective, monitoring client budget and spending.
- Meet and host affiliate partner events.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across various partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns are delivered against client objectives and budget.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, implementing corrective actions to maximize results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the platform.
Partner Management & Development:
- Recruit and onboard new publisher partners, expand our network, identify strategic partnerships to grow the business and increase efficiency for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publisher partners, providing ongoing support and optimizing partnerships for mutual growth.
- Negotiate favorable partnership deals and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Have an analytical approach whilst working on reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimize their affiliate program.
- Prepare regular client reports, including performance summaries, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ digital marketing experience with a preference for 2 of these years to be in an affiliate marketing focused role or a client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate / partnership marketing and the best practice on how affiliate programs are managed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and senior clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Seeks ownership and readily accepts accountability.
- Some familiarity with reporting platforms (affiliate networks/tools) and how they are used to manage campaign performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluency in English and Korean is essential for this role due to the nature of market you’ll be working on.
