Role Summary and Impact
As a Client Director, you'll be the strategic partner, deeply embedding yourself in our client's business to translate their objectives into innovative, high-impact media solutions. You'll own the client relationship, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships that drive significant account growth and retention. This role demands hands-on leadership of the client team to achieve excellence and deliver measurable business results.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- 5+ years in client services leadership within a media agency or equivalent.
- Proven track record managing and growing key client accounts.
- Deep expertise in the media landscape (digital, traditional, emerging) and crafting comprehensive media strategies.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating high-performing media teams.
- Strong commercial understanding to identify growth opportunities and manage budgets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior client stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a knack for anticipating needs and developing effective solutions.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media (or equivalent).
Desired (Bonus Points If You Have):
- Experience guiding clients through digital transformation and leveraging data.
- Involvement in new business development or expanding existing client relationships.
- Knowledge of Telecommunication and subscription-based services.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., MMM).
