Role Summary and Impact
As a Cross Media Manager, you will be the strategic architect driving integrated media campaigns from concept to execution within our dynamic and collaborative agency environment. You'll translate client briefs into holistic, cross-channel strategies (online and offline), optimizing budget allocation across diverse media and leveraging new formats to maximize impact for a diverse range of clients. Your passion for media will ensure continuous optimization and innovative solutions, utilizing cutting-edge media strategies.
Working closely with clients, Client Directors, and specialists, you'll ensure seamless campaign execution and act as a trusted advisor. You'll oversee budget allocation, monitor performance, and ensure the successful delivery of approved media strategies, all while staying abreast of market trends and contributing to agency revenue goals. You'll also benefit from support and guidance from Senior Cross Media Managers or Client Directors, depending on your client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the agency's sources of revenue across media and the agency's own non-media functions
- Broad understanding of primary product areas and the tasks they solve for clients within the agency.
- Responsible for evolve briefs into recommendations for budgeting, audience selection, channel/platform ecosystem selection, creative design recommendation, cross channel media planning (both linear- & addressable media) reco and measurement framework.
- Responsible for delivery of approved media strategy and address if delivery criteria are not met.
- Responsible for overlooking that time spent (own time and specialists time) matches the fee and the planned hours.
Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally from an agency or client-side media role.
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media.
- Proven media strategy experience across both online and offline channels.
- A passionate, strategic, and collaborative approach to media.
- Naturally curious about new formats and opportunities, with a proactive and structured mindset.
- Client-focused with strong advisory skills.
