Role Summary and Impact
• Project Leadership: Lead projects and teams with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and the ability to address unforeseen challenges.
• Team Management: Actively mentor junior team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and objectives.
• Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor to foster the professional growth of your team.
• Communication: Act as a central point for communication across teams, ensuring a fluid exchange of information.
• Direct Response Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive direct response marketing strategies, with a focus on understanding consumer journeys and maximizing campaign performance.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain specific client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and collaborating to identify new opportunities.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Independently solve most problems, only seeking guidance for major or unprecedented challenges.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Manage and facilitate cross-team communications and collaborate on wider organizational initiatives.
Skills and Experience
• A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college, or equivalent experience (preferably in a numerical field).
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a measurement, market research, or data-based role.
• Experience guiding junior team members and managing your own time and tasks with decreasing supervision.
• Exposure to measuring both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A good understanding of what data points can be collected in a digital campaign and how they should be analyzed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
