Role Summary and Impact
We are now looking for a Senior Data Scientist who is eager to take a key role in shaping and driving our success going forward. In this role you will take a leading part in growing our clients and improving our models and output.
The person we are looking for is a leader that is equally in love with solving hard marketing problems using data, consulting the largest and most demanding brands and companies in Sweden, and mentoring a growing a team of analytical super stars.
Choreograph is WPP’s data and technology company. We connect the world’s data to help leading advertisers create greater business impact and deliver more growth. In Sweden, Choreograph operates as part of WPP Media, bringing together four departments: Analytics, Insights, Data Strategy, and Data & Tech Consulting. The role we are recruiting for is based in Analytics.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team in Stockholm. In this role, you will work with:
- As your main task you will help our clients understand and measure the true impact of their marketing investment using measurement tools, including Marketing Mix Modelling. Your role will involve packaging and presenting these findings in a compelling way to engage and inform C-level client stakeholders at some of the biggest companies in the Nordics.
- You will also work hands-on, guide and steer colleagues to transform technical outputs - such as outputs from Python models - into clear, actionable insights. You will work on projects involving attribution modeling, experiments, and algorithm development, while also contributing to the development of automated reporting tools and other innovative data science initiatives.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business administration or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and experience within the marketing and media sector.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- In-depth expertise in statistics, econometrics, and advanced modeling, with applied experience in areas such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in Python (our primary programming language).
- Experience working with Cloud platforms, SQL, GIT, PowerBI, or similar relevant technologies.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
