Role Summary and Impact

The Senior Media Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless, accurate, and strategically optimized execution of complex digital media campaigns. This position is responsible for overseeing advanced campaign monitoring, comprehensive reporting, ensuring billing accuracy across high-volume accounts, and providing expert operational support and guidance to both internal teams and key clients. You will be a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, directly contributing to the efficiency, financial integrity, and strategic success of our media operations. This role often involves mentoring junior team members and leading process improvements.

  • Oversee and ensure the accurate booking, system entry, and timely launch of intricate media campaigns, validating all details.
  • Manage and optimize the process for requesting material specifications and coordinating bookings with vendors, resolving escalated issues to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Conduct comprehensive TV monitoring and analysis using STATEX and other tools, ensuring campaign delivery and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Lead the 3-Way matching process, meticulously actualizing campaigns, and resolving complex invoice, booking, and financial discrepancies with both internal teams and vendors.
  • Lead responses to audit queries, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Strong attention to accuracy, deadlines, and compliance with client, agency and suppliers’ policies.
  • Ability to design and implement standardized operational processes across markets and clients.
  • Identify inefficiencies and automate routine tasks.
  • Understanding of insertion orders (IOs), rate cards, and reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Dolphin Media system.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams (planning, finance, suppliers.
  • Completion of a Technical College program or Technical Degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude to achieve results.
