We’re looking for a culturally switched-on Media Planner to join our team and help shape exciting work for Universal Theatrical and PlayStation UK.
You’ll bring fresh ideas, smart strategy, and the confidence to challenge the usual way of doing things backed by data and your POV. If you love storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced world, and get excited by the mix of creativity and media, we want to hear from you!
You’ll work across UK film releases and all things PlayStation (from consoles to games), as part of EssenceMediaCom’s specialist entertainment department, TED. You’ll get to work directly with clients from the start and learn about every kind of media we use to make our campaigns a success.

- Team Player: You work closely with your teammates to come up with smart media plans and campaign ideas, no matter the budget.
- Entertainment Enthusiast: You bring your passion for gaming and film to everything you do, helping us stay ahead in the industry.
- Great Collaborator: You build strong relationships with our specialist teams in AV, OOH, and Digital, making sure we work together smoothly.
- Reliable Support: You help keep client meetings running smoothly by taking clear notes and sharing follow-up actions.
- Positive Client Relationships: You get great feedback from clients by being proactive, collaborative, and always ready to challenge and inspire them
- Smart Strategy: You spot what the real challenge is and use facts to make clear, practical recommendations that shape great media plans for our entertainment clients.
- Insight-Driven Planning: You always look for fresh insights from different sources, making sure our plans are based on solid research and what really matters to our audiences.
- Always Learning: You complete industry and specialist training, and bring new ideas and best practices back to the team.
