Role Summary and Impact
As a Billing Officer, you will be a vital part of WPP Media's Finance Operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely generation of client invoices. Your work will directly contribute to our financial integrity, client satisfaction, and healthy cash flow, supporting our dynamic business operations.
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify.
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
- Check the validity of debit accounts.
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
- Provide solutions to any related problems of clients.
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Proficiency in English.

- A continuous learner with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in technologies.
