Overview of job WPP Media Solutions is looking for a manager to join the Programmatic Trading for Thailand. The Programmatic Trading and Operations role at the heart of all WPP Media Solutions activities and is pivotal to the success of each campaign that is executed. This role works closely with all other teams from Engagement, Supply and Business Operation.

You will be responsible for supporting the companies that utilize proprietary technology suite and must work flawlessly to maintain key business relationships with agencies and supply inventories. You will set up advertising campaigns as well as managing and prioritizing actions items for campaigns on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities of the role:

Day to day responsibilities:

· Opportunity to work on local and global clients to manage their programmatic campaign across Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, Connected TV & Digital Out of Home channels, Meta and TikTok campaign.

· Manage the end-to-end process from set up, monitoring and optimization to ensure report metrics are fully captured.

· Strategize and execute campaigns on Demand Side Platform and ensure optimal delivery and performance alongside internal local and regional team.

· Analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization.

· Ensure alignment and operating in the same standardized manner and following all regional and global processes

· Share updates with agencies as well as provide in-depth campaign insights and optimization recommendations for campaign improvement

 

Strategic Responsibilities:

· Roll out test and learn initiatives to drive learnings and better campaign performance.

· Become a trusted advisor and expert within the programmatic trading field

· Take an active role in developing broader programmatic strategic recommendations and best practices that can be applied across the whole region

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field

· 3-5 years professional experience with digital media

· Hands on experience and knowledge in programmatic trading

· Ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with Trading Desks, Real Time Bidding media (Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Exchanges, Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta, TikTok)

· Understanding of Demand Side Platforms/Supply Side Platforms, Real Time Bidding, ad exchanges, Data Management Platforms, audience targeting

· Experience in campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting

· Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and technology

· Eager to learn new technology.

· Knowledge and passion for digital marketing: digital branding, video, mobile, connected tv & digital out of home.

· Experience with Xandr, The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, Criteo, Perion, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta will be preferred.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distil the most important/relevant information for your clients.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners.

· Good at English skills.

· Ability to work successfully with the team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

· Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Flexible “can do attitude” to solve problems and look for solutions and not be daunted by new challenges or ambiguity.
