Role Summary and Impact

This role leads LATAM Global Operations Center (GOC), a centralized hub within WPP Media designed to handle complex media operations, data, and technology at scale. The focus of the role is to further elevate the GOC’s impact, strengthening its role as a high-value partner to the business while ensuring consistent operational excellence at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of stakeholder partnership, operational performance, and capability building.

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Reporting to: COO, Global Operations Centres, WPP Media

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large-scale, multi-functional operations organization, ensuring consistent delivery excellence

  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior, cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions and navigating complex dynamics

  • Drive a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to how teams support business priorities

  • Maintain a high bar for quality, efficiency, and operational discipline, staying close to execution

  • Identify and address risks quickly to ensure stability and performance across the organization

  • Strengthen organizational capability, including leadership development and targeted capability building

  • Drive continuous improvement across ways of working, collaboration models, and overall impact

Skills and Experience 

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Experience leading large-scale global operations or delivery organizations (e.g., shared services, BPO, tech)

  • Proven ability to manage senior, demanding stakeholders in complex environments

  • Track record of driving organizational transformation at scale

  • Ability to balance execution rigor with long-term capability building

  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish (C1–C2)

  • Media/advertising experience is a plus, not required
