Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with multicultural teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment. We are looking for a HRBP Jr (this is a Junior position) who will:
- Support and execute talent management programs related to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process for GOC LATAM, including leading trainees, ensuring compliance, acting as the main point of contact, proposing process improvements, and tracking key metrics. Own the onboarding strategy and coordinate with team leaders.
- Lead and implement re-onboarding initiatives across the company as needed.
- Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) activities: track the L&D calendar (with a focus on soft skills only), monitor and improve key indicators, participate in defining the annual L&D strategy, create content, select and manage vendors, and develop training materials.
- Administer the performance management cycle: manage and control the program, ensure effective execution, and be responsible for process communications, template creation, and announcements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (knowledge of Mexican labor law is a plus).
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English (B2+/C1).
- 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role, with a focus on onboarding, performance and Learning, and other stages of the Employee Lifecycle.(This is a Junior Position)
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and good presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a highly complex matrix structure.
- Initiative and adaptability to change.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Highly solution-driven, creative, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law is an advantage.
