Role Summary and Impact
The Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Director is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating comprehensive planning efforts, ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives and adherence to group directives. This position involves guiding Digital Strategy Managers in tactical and strategic planning, fostering their continuous learning in digital media through structured training and certifications. A core responsibility is to identify innovation opportunities in media and oversee the development and evaluation of research products, market studies, and special initiatives. The Director guarantees compliance with group guidelines, SOX policies, and operational transparency, while also validating tactical proposals and monitoring media mix to ensure effective execution of digital strategies and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the media and digital marketing landscape.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and guide planning and digital strategy teams.
- Expertise in identifying and driving innovative media opportunities.
- Solid background in evaluating research products, market studies, and special initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, processes, and regulatory policies (e.g., SOX), fostering operational transparency.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaborations with planners and trading teams to achieve product objectives.
- Capability to elaborate strategic frameworks and guide teams (specifically Digital Strategy Managers) through bidding processes.
- Proficiency in fostering continuous learning and development in digital media through training and certification programs.
- Deep understanding of media mix optimization and digital strategy monitoring to ensure brand performance and strategic objective fulfillment.
