Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Lead who will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of designers, writers, and content creators to develop impactful, engaging, and on-brand creative solutions across digital and offline platforms. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, guiding creative strategy, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative strategy and direction for brand, digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and print.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, content, media, and client servicing to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, social media trends, and emerging creative formats.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with high creative standards.
  • Review and approve designs, videos, and content before final delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in creative/design/content roles, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, and digital work.
  • Experience in leading and managing creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital content, branding, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic understanding of video and motion graphics.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute creatively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of video production, motion graphics, and UI/UX is a plus.
  • Strong storytelling and campaign planning skills
