Role: Group Head – Sports Partnerships & Sponsorships
Location: Gurgaon

Role Summary & Impact

We are looking for a dynamic professional at Group Head level to lead Sports Partnerships & Sponsorships, responsible for driving brand partnerships across marquee sports properties including leagues, franchises, and large-scale sporting events. The role will involve end-to-end management of sponsorship deals, brand integrations, and execution of multi-platform campaigns across broadcast, digital, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sports sponsorships and brand partnerships across properties and sports leagues.
  • Drive end-to-end partnership management including pitch development, commercial negotiations, contracting, and execution.
  • Conceptualize and execute 360-degree sponsorship campaigns including broadcast integrations, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground activations.
  • Manage team/athlete partnerships, including content planning, shoot coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams including brand, media, digital, content, and on-ground activation teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and brand visibility metrics for sponsors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sports franchises, agencies, athletes, and talent management firms.
  • Lead and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, or brand solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sports sponsorship ecosystem (IPL, Pro Kabaddi, ISL, ICC events, etc.).
  • Experience in brand integrations, athlete partnerships, and on-ground activations.
  • Strong skills in client servicing, presentations, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with sports agencies, media agencies, or brand partnerships teams is preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sports Management preferred.
