Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Campaign Management who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns for WPP Media. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive leader who ensures campaigns are seamlessly implemented, optimized, and aligned with client objectives and KPIs.

As a manager-level role, you will oversee multiple campaigns and projects, guide junior team members, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to drive the success of our digital content and influencer initiatives.

Responsibilities Include

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of local and regional digital content campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs and client objectives.
  • Translate client briefs and business goals into clear campaign plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, updates, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, influencers, and media vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively to maintain strong client relationships.

Project & Team Leadership

  • Oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of campaign content and materials before publishing.
  • Guide, mentor, and support Campaign Management Executives to ensure consistent delivery standards and professional development.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Review and analyze campaign performance data, translating results into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Lead the preparation of campaign reports and post-campaign reviews for clients, highlighting performance, learnings, and next steps.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in digital content, social, and influencer marketing.
  • Apply market insights and innovations to enhance campaign strategy and execution.

Influencer & Partner Management

  • Oversee influencer strategy and execution, including identification, recruitment, and relationship management.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and performance expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience
    3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or campaign management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Leadership & Project Management
    Proven experience managing complex campaigns, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Digital & Platform Knowledge
    Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Communication Skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions and presentations.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented
    Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with campaign management, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Autonomy & Ownership
    High level of ownership, ability to work independently, and accountability for campaign outcomes.
