The Role:
The Performance Manager will be a crucial member of our client-focused team, responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of global digital acquisition campaigns for our luxury sector client. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong collaborative skills to ensure consistent performance, adherence to global guidelines, and effective knowledge sharing across international teams. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility and customer acquisition through various digital channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital always-on acquisition campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.) across multiple international markets, ensuring strict alignment with the client's global strategy and brand guidelines.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the comprehensive analysis and reporting of campaign performance globally, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Market Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Actively liaise with local market teams to facilitate the exchange of insights, best practices, and performance learnings, fostering a connected and high-performing global network. Participate in global team calls and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Support the implementation and adherence to global performance marketing guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital activities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of international media trends, regulatory changes, and platform updates (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic platforms), sharing relevant information and potential implications with both global and local teams
- Desired Skills and Experiences:
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in media planning and buying, either agency-side or client-side, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. International exposure is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential, alongside business proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
Technical Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of various digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and their respective platforms.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable with numerical data and figures, with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
Project Management: Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal & Communication: Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and a genuine aptitude for imagining and proposing innovative solutions.
Attitude: Enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Possesses a creative mindset and an interest in business development.

Recruitment Process

- Case study: A case study will be proposed to assess your technical skills related to the position. A debriefing will be offered.
