Role Summary and Impact 

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Executive, who will:

 

  • Manage campaigns across various DSP platforms, primarily DV360, as well as TradeDesk, and Amazon DSP.
  • Implement and optimize programmatic campaigns, with a focus on driving performance and achieving client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) to ensure campaign success and alignment with client strategies.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data insights to make informed optimization decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of campaign reporting tools.
  • Produce comprehensive daily campaign reports, including pacing analysis and data inputting.
  • Provide valuable commentary and strategic recommendations to regional Media Activation teams to drive campaign success.
  • Support QA work of junior team members as the team grows.

Skills and Experience 

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:  

 

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent.
  • Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, Polish language knowledge, minimum at B1/B2 level.
  • Residency in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
