Role Summary and Impact
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering high-level strategic guidance for influencer marketing as a core paid media channel across diverse regional and cluster markets. Your primary impact will be to seamlessly integrate influencer strategies into comprehensive end-to-end media plans, setting clear objectives and recommending optimal activation timings to drive campaign success. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all strategies are inclusive, representative of each market's unique diversity, and underpinned by a strong understanding of cultural dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in influencer and media strategy, ideally with regional or multimarket exposure, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and brands to achieve impactful results.
Skills and Experience:
- Senior Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Senior Strategist, specializing in influencer and/or media strategy, with an ideal background in regional/multimarket exposure.
- Influencer Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to define and deliver high-level strategic guidance for influencer marketing as a paid media channel, integrating it effectively into overall E2E regional media plans.
- Strategic Planning & Optimization: Skilled in setting clear objectives, recommending optimal activation timings per campaign, and ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Cultural & Diversity Acumen: Strong understanding of cultural dynamics across Cluster markets, ensuring strategies are inclusive and representative of each market's diversity.
- Collaborative & Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and brands, fostering strong partnerships and driving collaborative success.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, media partners, and external vendors.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing support and actively participating in discussions.
- Proactive communication style to report anomalies, alerts, and progress, keeping stakeholders informed at all times.
