Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Campaign Management who will support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital content campaigns for WPP Media. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can coordinate campaigns effectively, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives and KPIs. 

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, influencers, and media partners to support campaign operations, reporting, and execution across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

Campaign Coordination & Execution 

  • Support the planning and execution of digital content campaigns across social and digital platforms  
  • Assist in translating campaign briefs into timelines, trackers, and execution plans  
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly  
  • Monitor campaign timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met  
  • Support campaign setup, publishing, and day-to-day operations  

 

Stakeholder & Client Support 

  • Support communication with clients regarding campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables  
  • Coordinate with content creators, influencers, publishers, and vendors during campaign execution  
  • Escalate issues or delays proactively to ensure smooth delivery  
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and campaign files  

 

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting 

  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery status across platforms  
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports, summaries, and post-campaign recaps  
  • Compile performance data and support analysis for optimization recommendations  
  • Conduct quality checks on campaign assets and deliverables before publishing  

 

Influencer & Content Support 

  • Support influencer coordination, including outreach, briefing, follow-ups, and content tracking  
  • Ensure influencer deliverables align with campaign guidelines and timelines  
  • Coordinate content approvals between clients, internal teams, and creators  

 

Trend Monitoring 

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital content best practices  
  • Share relevant trends and content ideas with the team to support campaign planning  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience 

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or campaign management  
  • Agency experience is a plus  

 

Digital & Platform Knowledge 

  • Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube  
  • Familiarity with influencer and content campaign workflows  

 

Communication & Coordination 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills  
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

 

Technical Proficiency 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides  
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus  

 

Ownership & Collaboration 

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams  
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned projects
