Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Commerce Performance Executive to support with the development of impactful strategies across key retail platforms in the MENA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of ecommerce trends, and can translate brand insights into engaging consumer experiences.
- Independently manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizations across all biddable commerce platforms.
- Implement best-in-class search structures and daily optimizations on campaigns, aligning with client KPIs.
- Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly with partners to deliver best-in-class optimizations and platform updates in line with client KPIs.
- Utilize tools like Pacvue and Helium10 to assist with providing better recommendations to clients.
- Extract and build reports with actionable insights that drive improvements for the client's business.
- Conduct analysis on business performance trends for the client, the category, and the competition.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly spend reports based on client requirements.
- Produce, use, and deliver suitable historical results and insights from reports.
- Conduct benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.
- Contribute to and populate data for team deliverables like monthly reports, QBRs, and annual reviews.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client performance queries, demonstrating strong client management skills.
- Stay on top of and alert clients in case of competition activity that could affect their business.
- Prepare status sheets for regular client meetings.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how each client executes their commerce business (e.g., business model, operations, ROI, financial performance, and key success factors).
- Maintain Amazon and commerce training certifications.
- Possess a good understanding of all biddable commerce platforms.
- Understand and effectively own the finance process for the client (PO, BO, invoicing).

- 1-2 years of proven experience within E-commerce, E-retail planning, and Amazon Ads.
- Amazon Ads certifications are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level) is required for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of campaign delivery across various commerce platforms.
- A strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape in MENA and a well-informed opinion on this critical market space.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability for data-driven thinking and decision-making.
