Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Biddable to join our Media Activation team. This role is focused on project leadership and client management within the biddable space. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, acting as a client contact, and coordinating the day-to-day work of junior team members to ensure operational excellence and client success.
You will be expected to work closely with client leads and our analytics specialists to provide end-to-end solutions for clients.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign & Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of biddable campaigns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and confidently presenting campaign plans and performance reports.
Team Coordination & Quality Control: Provide daily guidance and support to Specialists and Executives. Review campaign setups, reports, and client communications to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
Strategic Planning & Insights: Contribute to the development of biddable media strategies, translating client objectives into actionable campaign plans. Analyse performance data to deliver clear, strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to build client trust.
- Experience in reviewing the work of and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Thorough understanding of key biddable platforms and their strategic application.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of WPP Media brands and capabilities.
- Experience with organizational transformation and change management.
