Role Summary and Impact

The Event Planning & Management Associate plays a fundamental role in ensuring the successful execution of events, supporting the entire planning and execution cycle. This position involves translating client briefs into strategic event concepts and proposals, meticulously overseeing vendor selection and coordination, and guaranteeing the impeccable execution of all event activities within established deadlines and budgets. A key impact of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality events, meeting both client expectations and the organization's financial objectives. The Associate also contributes by developing insightful post-event reports and continuously seeking innovative solutions and industry trends to elevate future event experiences and maximize client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Professional degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields. Specialization in Event Management or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in event planning, production, or marketing within agencies or companies focused on events/activations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (B1-B2).
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
