Role Summary and Impact

The Senior Manager, Analytics is a strategic and technical leader who serves as the primary analytics authority across a dedicated product portfolio, sitting at the intersection of data science, digital advertising, and client consulting. In this role, you will own the end-to-end analytics vision from measurement strategy and experimental design through to insight delivery — championing advanced methodologies such as incrementality testing, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Media Mix Modeling to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes for clients. By translating complex data into compelling, actionable narratives, you will directly influence high-stakes client decisions, strengthen long-term partnerships, and shape how clients understand the true value of their media investment. Beyond client impact, you will drive the long-term analytics roadmap, guide the adoption of AI-driven innovations, and elevate the capabilities of the broader team through mentorship and thought leadership — positioning the organisation as a trusted leader in advanced, data-driven media solutions.

Skills and Experience 

What you will do:

  • Strategic Consulting: Act as the primary subject matter expert and consultant for all matters regarding advanced, data-driven analysis, statistics, experimental design, and measurement across your dedicated product portfolio.
  • Project Leadership: Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external client stakeholders to ideate, design, and lead the execution of high-impact analytics and measurement initiatives.
  • Actionable Insights & Storytelling: Guide the strategic direction of analysis for tests and experiments, providing key perspectives and ideas. Synthesize complex data findings into a cohesive, compelling story to deliver impactful recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Vision & Planning: Drive the long-term analytics strategy and roadmap. Develop, own, and lead comprehensive measurement plans that align with broader business and client objectives.
  • Advanced Measurement: Champion advanced digital advertising measurement methodologies, guiding teams and clients through complex frameworks such as incrementality testing, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • AI Innovation & Best Practices: Provide strategic and technical guidance on novel Generative AI and Predictive AI-driven projects and automated data pipelines. Educate the team on best practices and execution standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly manage expectations across internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all analytics deliverables are executed on time and to the highest quality standards.

What you will need:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of professional experience in a data science, analytics, or related quantitative field.
  • Agency & Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience working in an agency or consultative environment, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong, hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Prior hands-on experience building or deploying predictive AI models is highly preferred to effectively guide the execution team.
  • Statistical Expertise: Deep understanding of and practical experience with hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Digital Advertising/Ad-Tech: Proven experience with digital marketing measurement, ad-tech ecosystems, and advanced attribution modeling.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor, educate, and guide analysts. We are flexible on the structure of this role and can tailor the balance of individual contribution versus direct people management based on the successful candidate’s strengths.
