Measures of success –
In three months:
- Understand the teams network of influencers and vendors and contribute towards enhancing the same, with the candidate’s professional network.
- Master the Brand AI and Influencer AI tech platforms and effectively plan and execute campaigns using the platforms.
- Undertake social media platform analyses & develop creative strategies - to build Goat’s pitch to clients.
- Work closely with key stakeholders of campaigns – influencers, media agency planners, media vendors and publishers, and the internal finance and billing departments.
In six months:
- Create master decks and advise clients on the ideal content formats and social media platform to deploy campaign-specific content on – with a focus on maximizing outcomes.
- Conduct and lead Goat platform demos – for agencies & clients.
- Master the social media eco-system and create go-to-market strategies with the ideal social media platform mix.
- Demonstrate buying ability by onboarding at the best costs.
- Actively participate in creator onboarding – to strengthen the influencer roster at Goat.
In 12 months:
- Demonstrate excellence in planning, buying & execution across multiple campaigns.
- Recommend & use more planning tools proficiently, create effective content strategies and create full campaign proposals for digital content requirements of brands.
- Recommend ideas, approaches and processes that will improve Goat’s ability, efficiency & profitability.
- Take ownership of the role of a brand guardian, ensuring that strategic and creative requirements of brands are met in digital campaigns.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Campaign strategy: In collaboration with WPP Media business teams, you will lead pitches and selling to clients, create campaign strategies from a given brief and get the proposal signed off. You will also churn out creative ideas for campaigns, map creators to them and pitch the same to clients.
- Campaign implementation: Lead execution from brief to billing. Create and maintain reports for all campaigns. Build and develop solid and harmonious relationship with the business teams, agency partners and WPP stakeholders to launch and complete digital campaigns successfully
- Partnerships: Build and extract maximum out of partnerships with creators, managers & influencer marketing agencies with the idea of building maximum value for the campaigns we undertake.
- Negotiation & Buying: Buy more efficiently and build direct relationships with influencers, with the objective of building strong margins.
What you will need:
7+ years’ relevant experience at an influencer marketing agency.
- Client/Agency relationships exposure and strong relationship management skills
- Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities
- Passionate – brings a genuine thrill and excitement to the role
- Agile – is able to be nimble in thought and action and overcome obstacles to achieve great things
- Collaborative – works well with others, and can align behind a shared purpose
- Entrepreneurial – is open to new ideas, and will challenge old ones.
- Quick leaner, good presentation skills, and confident
- Enterprising, reliable and responsible.
