In This Role, Your Goals Will Be:

In Three Months:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and content partners.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client brands, tone of voice, and content objectives.
  • Ensure all content processes, workflows, and approvals are aligned with organizational standards and timelines.

In Six Months:

  • Independently lead content planning meetings and campaign discussions with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, engagement, and audience reach.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and clients.

In 12 Months:

  • Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to team development.
  • Lead integrated content strategies across digital and social platforms.
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive innovative content solutions that contribute to client growth and business objectives.

What Your Day Job Looks Like at WPP Media

  • Developing and executing integrated content strategies aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
  • Leading content planning across digital, social, branded, and campaign platforms.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and positioning the agency as a trusted strategic content partner.
  • Collaborating with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Managing content calendars, workflows, approvals, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Identifying audience insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities to enhance content performance.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance metrics and recommending optimization opportunities.
  • Supporting revenue growth through innovative content opportunities and integrated campaign solutions.
  • Leading presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting leadership in driving team collaboration, capability building, and creative excellence.
  • Working closely with influencers, publishers, creators, and external partners where required.
  • Ensuring alignment between content strategy, media strategy, and overall business goals.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong storytelling and content strategy capabilities with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7–9 years of experience in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing content campaigns and leading client relationships.
  • Experience working with integrated marketing teams and digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field from a reputable institution.
