Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Paid Social team. This role is ideal for someone with strong platform experience and an ambition to take greater ownership of campaign delivery and client communication.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing best-in-class paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to plan, activate, and optimise campaigns that deliver measurable business results, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the strategic development of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, accurate delivery, and timely responses.
- Support in presenting campaign performance, insights, and optimisations with confidence and clarity.
- Translate client objectives into actionable paid social strategies, collaborating with planning, creative, and analytics teams.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the setup, trafficking, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit).
- Apply platform best practices to campaign structures, targeting, and creative strategy.
- Manage campaign QA, ensuring flawless delivery of assets, tracking, and budgets.
- Test new formats, ad types, and targeting approaches to drive innovation and efficiency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Analyse results to uncover insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Deliver reports that clearly communicate performance against KPIs and future actions.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to support wider activation strategies.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure content aligns with platform nuances and campaign goals.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and assist in their development.
- Contribute to team-wide projects such as testing roadmaps, best-practice guides, or cross-channel initiatives.
Innovation & Market Awareness
- Stay up to date with emerging platform tools, algorithms, and advertising trends.
- Actively suggest new ideas, tests, and optimisations that improve performance and workflow.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to continuously develop expertise.

- Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit).
- Confident with campaign reporting, data analysis, and communicating performance insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A curiosity for digital innovation and drive to stay ahead of social media trends.
