Role Summary and Impact

As the VP of Client Transformation, you're the linchpin connecting our strategic vision with flawless operational execution and deep client partnerships. This pivotal leadership role demands a dual focus: both ensuring the seamless operational flow with our agency partners and driving proactive, strategic transformation initiatives for our key clients.

You will serve as the strategic operational backbone for our agency ecosystem, acting as the primary route for reactive and proactive engagement for client and agency leadership. This involves expertly coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex client and operational issues, and leveraging other teams to support the embedding of critical tools like OMS within client-specific approaches. You'll ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine, supporting best practices and learning within client leadership teams, and providing the stability necessary for growth.

 

Concurrently, you will be the catalyst for profound client transformation. Moving beyond day-to-day media work, you'll proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for deeper partnership, utilizing insights from QBR feedback, client action planning sessions, and even smaller client escalations to uncover strategic business initiatives. You'll lead and manage the end-to-end transformation workshop process, designing and facilitating engagements that redefine client objectives, and then effectively hand back robust plans to client teams for ongoing support. Your ultimate impact will be two-fold: ensuring operational excellence that bolsters our client relationships, while simultaneously architecting and delivering strategic transformations that unlock new value, deepen partnerships, and solidify our clients' — and our own — competitive edge. You're not just solving problems; you're building bridges to the future, one seamless operation and one strategic initiative at a time.

Skills and Experience

Essential Experience:

  • Progressive leadership experience in client-facing roles within consulting, client management, or transformation practices.
  • Proven success in leading and executing large-scale, cross-functional client chnage programs from concept through to sustained impact, delivering quantifiable business benefits.
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder dynamics in client environments.
  • Project management or Business analytics skills are helpful but not essential qualifications

  • Change agent: Ability to dissect complex client landscapes, identify latent opportunities, and architect innovative solutions that align with long-term strategic goals. You don't just solve the symptoms but find the root causes.
  • Exceptional Client Acumen & Relationship Building: A natural at building trust and influencing C-suite executives and key stakeholders. You understand client businesses inside and out, making you an indispensable advisor.
  • Transformational Leadership: An inspiring leader who can rally internal and external teams around a shared vision, foster collaboration, and drive accountability. You lead with empathy but also with a clear direction.
  • Master Communicator: Possess outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. You can distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Rigor & Problem-Solving: Adept at leveraging data and critical thinking to diagnose issues, define objectives, and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Future-Forward Mindset: A keen awareness of emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive innovations, and the ability to integrate them into client transformation roadmaps.
