Role Summary and Impact

Join the dynamic social team at WPP Media as a Senior Paid Social Specialist, where you will engage in social media advertising campaigns for some of Sweden's and the world's leading brands. Utilising market leading technology and working closely with various platforms, you will have the opportunity to explore innovative creative formats and advertising solutions. The role can be based in either our Gothenburg or Stockholm office.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility and management of larger accounts in social media
  • Mentoring junior specialists' operational work including time management to ensure client profitability
  • Developing best practices within the platforms
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to identify areas for improvement for clients
  • Campaign management and optimization on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Strategy and recommendations for social media advertising such as platform selection, budget, KPIs, target audience, format, frequency, testing, and input on creative material
  • Analysis, evaluation, and reporting based on defined goals and KPIs
  • Presenting strategy, results, best practices, and trends in our internal, client, and agency meetings

Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in full-funnel social media buying with a focus on performance, either at a media agency or with an advertiser
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience working with dashboards and third-party platforms
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • University degree or relevant education in digital marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Analytical thinking, curious, and driven to improve your results
  • Attention to details, organized, and able to work independently
  • Thrives in team’s environment and ability to build trust in client relationships
