About the role

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Creative + Innovation, to join our team of content experts striving to make advertising more valuable to the world. In the role, you will both support and lead cross-channel creative and innovation experience for high profile client initiatives (i.e. branded content, integrations, social, collaborations, experiential, influencer, sponsorships) for our Fortune 100 retail client by architecting and producing creative activations across channels. Experience should include a broad content production background that includes video, social, experiential, cross-channel consumer engagement initiatives, in addition to strong media and x-functional team skills.

 

The Creative + Innovation team plays a vital role within the agency, driving creative media initiatives from ideation through execution in addition. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic agency which is doing cutting edge work for exceptional clients.

 

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

 

  • Serve as a main point of contact for execution of custom branded content and sports sponsorship programs, including liaising directly with clients, leading communication and collaboration between internal and external partners, creative oversight on program elements, and on-set coverage for content creation.
  • Manage budget, timelines, asset and creative approvals, reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Planning, Activation, Strategy and Analytics, to ensure holistic campaign planning.
  • Meet regularly with digital publishers, TV and streaming networks, cultivating strategic relationships and sourcing opportunities that proactively deliver on client business objectives.
  • Stay connected to relevant marketplace trends, authoring client requested and proactive points-of-views.
  • Oversee junior team members day-to-day responsibilities, while providing strategic oversight and coaching.

 

A bit about yourself:

 

  • 6+ years professional experience with a background in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative, or the arts
  • Experience in sports media, marketing, integrations and sponsorships such as NBA, NFL, Olympics
  • Global expertise and understanding of media landscapes in NA, EMEA and APAC
  • Extensive understanding of television and video production process
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Creative mastermind; executional drill sergeant
  • Thrives on the details and on moving things from initiation to completion
  • Ambitious, optimistic, and never settling
  • Natural collaborator, presenter, and persuader

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000 - $180,000 USD
