1. Position Title: Head of Addressable Media
2. Role Overview
- The Head of Addressable Media is responsible for developing and scaling WPP Media’s next-generation, data-driven media solutions in the Korean market. This role establishes and executes the Addressable Media strategy—centered on Addressable TV and Addressable Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)—and serves as a leadership position driving the adoption of new advertising solutions and business growth.
- Beyond day-to-day media operations, this role aims to grow WPP Media’s Addressable Media business in Korea through the development of new ad products and solutions, partnership building, and business development. The role also works closely with global teams to successfully introduce and expand global solutions in the Korean market.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Addressable Media Strategy
- Define and execute the Addressable Media strategy for the Korean market
- Develop advertising solutions based on Addressable TV and Addressable Digital DOOH
- Localize and apply global Addressable Media strategies to Korea
Solution Development
- Plan and design new Addressable Media ad products and solutions
- Build media solutions based on programmatic buying
- Develop data- and technology-driven ad products
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities in the Addressable Media space
- Build collaboration with advertisers, IPTV/CTV operators, DOOH media owners, and AdTech partners
- Co-develop solutions with media and technology partners and expand the ecosystem
Thought Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with global WPP teams to apply global Addressable Media strategies in Korea
- Provide market insights on Addressable Media and next-generation ad solutions
- Train and evangelize solutions internally and to clients
4. Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of experience in advertising, media, or the AdTech industry
- Experience in programmatic media and/or addressable media
- Experience in Addressable TV and/or Addressable Digital DOOH
- Experience developing new advertising solutions or media products
- Experience in business development and partnership building
- Strong understanding of data-driven advertising and media strategy
- Korean communication skills (optional)
