Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Regional Planning supports the markets coordination, full funnel planning and digital execution of integrated media campaigns for luxury and prestige brands across the region. Working closely with the Digital Strategy Lead, the role is responsible for APAC markets coordination, reporting, client support, and cross-market collaboration to deliver business and media objectives. A passion for everything digital with an active interest in understanding advertising industry across APAC region. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Media Planning, Campaign Execution and Reporting
  • Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital channels, including programmatic and digital direct buy. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation initiatives based on campaign results and insights.
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign evaluations for digital direct buy. 
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and automated dashboards.
  • Analyse campaign data and contribute insights & media recommendations for clients and to support regional best practice.
 
Client Team & Regional Hub Support
  • Support day-to-day regional and local client communications and project management.
  • Assist in preparing regional QBR, campaign recommendations and media approach. 
  • Participate in client meetings and ensure actions and deliverables are followed through.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and market stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with digital vendors for activation and relationship management particularly on programmatic and direct buy. 
  • Consolidate market updates, campaign learnings, and best practices across the region.
 
Regional Growth Initiatives
  • Support competitive, consumer, and category research, particularly within the luxury sector. 
  • Support the Manager and Regional Client Growth Lead on strategic projects and regional initiatives.
  • Assist in developing materials for business reviews and client growth opportunities beyond day-to-day activation. 
  • Contribute to out-of-scope projects to elevate client media performance.
  • Support cross-market out of scope initiatives to enhance regional hub capabilities beyond media activation. 
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in media planning, account management, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of digital platforms in both biddable and non-biddable channels. 
  • Experience in cross-market coordination and excellent organisation skill with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skill , accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Looker Studio. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Regional or multi-market experience is advantageous.
