Senior Data Strategist – Data, Technology & Analytics 🚀
We’re expanding our Data, Technology & Analytics team and looking for a Senior Data Strategist to connect data strategy directly to client growth. You’ll lead complex data initiatives, drive value for local market client-agency relationships, and occasionally inform regional/global strategies.
What You’ll Do 🌟
Strategic Data Leadership
- Lead client data strategy tied to business outcomes (revenue, media efficiency, customer value).
- Prioritize initiatives like first-party data, private retailer networks, and AI-assisted planning.
- Ensure audience-first strategies across 1PD/2PD/3PD while meeting regulatory requirements.
Data & Tech Roadmap
- Architect client market roadmaps linking outcomes to capabilities (AI, audience products, measurement).
- Guide data partnerships, activation pathways, and global product adoption (WPP Open, InfoSum, etc.).
- Feed market insights back to global strategy and product teams.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Advise client marketing, media, data, and commerce leaders.
- Lead executive alignment on vision, investments, and expected value.
- Translate objectives into clear plans with KPIs, governance, and P&L impact.
Collaboration & Execution
- Own client outcomes and data strategy application across teams.
- Embed audience strategies into media/commerce/creative activation.
- Drive adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
Thought Leadership
- Shape clients’ vision for modern data strategy.
- Publish case studies and share local insights with global teams.
What We’re Looking For 🎯
- 7+ years in data-driven marketing (media/advertising, consulting, AdTech/MarTech).
- Fluent in English and Finnish.
- Hands-on with 1PD/2PD/3PD data, clean rooms, CDPs, DSPs, analytics, and AI/ML concepts.
- Skilled in defining KPIs, learning agendas, and incrementality frameworks.
- Strong program & change management skills across multi-workstream initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
- Bachelor’s required; advanced degree a plus.
- Innovative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
