Role and Impact:

WPP Media Pakistan is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives aligned with business goals. You will play a critical role in shaping culture, enabling performance, and building future-ready talent within the organization.


Reporting of the role

This role is reports to Head of People.

In this role, what your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Build strong understanding of business structure, teams, and key stakeholders
  • Establish trusted relationships with leaders and employees across your area
  • Support ongoing HR initiatives and quickly align with the people plan priorities.

In Six months:

  • Lead talent mapping and participate in talent calibration and review sessions
  • Support managers in performance management, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Drive execution of key HR initiatives within your assigned business areas

In 12 months:

  • Act as a trusted strategic HR advisor influencing business and people decisions
  • Successfully implement succession plans and strengthen internal talent pipelines
  • Deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and leadership development

 What will your day look like at WPP Media:

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
  •  Lead talent management initiatives, including talent mapping and succession planning
  • Support recruitment strategy by identifying skill gaps and collaborating with hiring teams
  • Provide employee relations guidance and coaching to managers
  • Drive performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews
  • Analyze people data and provide insights for better decision-making
  • Support and implement HR projects and culture initiatives

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and business partnering
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
