Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a Media Planner with strong experience in digital biddable/ non biddable. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution understanding, and strong stakeholder coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop integrated digital media plans with a strong focus on biddable platforms and non biddable platforms.
- Build full-funnel media approaches aligned to campaign objectives. Define audience strategy, budget allocation, and platform mix.
- Create structured media plans supported by data, insights, and past performance
Campaign Reporting & Analysis & Execution
- Own campaign reporting, daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign.
- Derive actionable mid and end campaign insights and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization levers, and platform capabilities. Ability to guide execution teams on best practices and troubleshooting
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution. Manage client communication and expectations effectively.
- Work closely with platform partners (Meta, Google) for best practices and solutions. Ensure timelines and deliverables are met across campaigns.
Billing & Operations
- Manage campaign billing, invoicing, and budget tracking , Ensure accuracy in financial reconciliation and documentation, Liaise with finance teams for smooth closures
Data & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (media planning sheets, budget trackers, reporting dashboards), Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards is a plus
Skills & Requirement
- 5–6 years of experience in digital media planning.
- Experience across both biddable and non-biddable channels.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV 360, Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem (programmatic, search, display is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Success Metrics / KPIs
- Media Planning Effectiveness: Deliver high-quality, insight-led media plans aligned to campaign objectives with timely delivery and minimal revisions. Demonstrate strong full-funnel thinking and clear rationale for platform, audience, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Performance Impact: Drive achievement of key campaign KPIs (Reach, CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS) through effective planning and optimization inputs. Improve efficiency benchmarks over time.
- Reporting & Insights: Ensure timely delivery of weekly/monthly reports, QBRs, and end-of-campaign decks. Provide actionable insights beyond data, enabling better decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients. Ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and proactive resolution of issues/escalations.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure accuracy in billing, invoicing, and budget tracking with minimal discrepancies. Adhere to timelines and financial processes.
- Data & Planning: Demonstrate strong Excel proficiency for planning, tracking, and reporting. Ability to analyze large datasets and maintain structured documentation.
