Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for an experienced and strategic media professional to join our team at an Associate Business Director / Business Director level. The role requires a strong blend of client leadership, integrated digital strategy, business acumen, and team management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale digital mandates, driving business growth, leading integrated planning initiatives, and building strong client relationships. This role will be responsible for translating business challenges into media solutions that deliver measurable outcomes while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, understanding business priorities and translating them into effective media strategies.
  • Lead day-to-day client engagement, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term relationship growth.
  • Drive annual planning discussions, business reviews, and strategic roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and expansion of services.

Digital Strategy & Integrated Planning

  • Lead the development of integrated digital media strategies across brand, performance, commerce, and audience-led initiatives.
  • Build holistic media frameworks that align business objectives with consumer journeys and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams across search, social, programmatic, analytics, content, and measurement to deliver unified solutions.
  • Champion innovation and emerging media opportunities that create competitive advantage for clients.

Campaign Governance & Delivery

  • Oversee planning and execution across biddable and non-biddable channels, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and compliance with agreed KPIs.
  • Drive performance reviews and optimization frameworks across campaigns and business verticals.
  • Ensure best-in-class campaign delivery through strong operational governance and stakeholder alignment.

Data, Analytics & Measurement

  • Leverage audience, platform, and business data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of advanced measurement frameworks including attribution, conversion lift, brand lift, MMM, and first-party data solutions.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to unlock actionable insights and improve media effectiveness

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across planning, activation, analytics, and client servicing functions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the team.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Manage account profitability, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure financial discipline across planning, billing, and operational processes.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, and strategic growth initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, and client leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Commerce, and Measurement.
  • Experience managing large and complex client mandates across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated media planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account performance and profitability.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data-driven planning, audience strategy, and advanced measurement frameworks is preferred.
