Role Summary and Impact

The Finance Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the company's financial cycles, providing comprehensive support from purchase order (PO) follow-up and client invoicing to the effective collection and recovery of documents. This position is central to optimizing continuous operational financial processes ("MOTION COL"), encompassing order approval, vendor invoice management, execution tracking, and closing reports. Furthermore, the role significantly contributes to strategic funding initiatives ("FUNDING COL") through the preparation of term sheets, deal entry into platforms, and drafting contracts, thereby directly impacting the company's financial health, cash flow, and ability to secure and manage revenue. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the services sector, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong accounting and problem-solving skills, the Senior Associate is crucial for robust financial management and a healthy cash flow.

Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative, financial, and/or accounting roles, preferably in the services sector.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong knowledge of accounting and administrative principles, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with end-to-end financial processes including PO tracking, invoicing, collections, vendor invoice management, and financial reporting.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability in problem-solving, team leadership potential, assertive communication, and strong teamwork, with a high level of performance.
