As an SEO Consultant, you will operate within this innovative ecosystem, leveraging data and technology to drive impactful client solutions.

Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEO Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for integrating SEO into complex digital performance-driven strategies, directly impacting client success. The SEO Consultant will be responsible for leading and executing all SEO activities, including technical assessments, content strategies, and comprehensive link building, to significantly enhance search engine rankings for prestigious client companies across diverse industries. You will deliver high-standard strategic and operational support, ensuring robust digital presence and growth for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to propose and implement high-performing SEO project solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing, in-depth keyword research, including discovery and expansion of new keyword opportunities.
  • Research, develop, and implement technical and content recommendations to achieve optimal SEO performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive link building strategies.
  • Integrate SEO strategies effectively within broader digital marketing scenarios, aligning with client needs and other digital levers
  • Implement and test optimization techniques for Large Language Models (GEO and AEO), refining the structure and semantics of content to maximize visibility and relevance in generative search responses.
  • Provide thorough and insightful data analysis for client properties and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
  • Collaborate closely with other SEO Consultants, Managers, Web Analysts, CRO Specialists, Media teams and Account teams to develop unified offers and implement synergistic SEO strategies.
  • Continually identify and pursue opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in an SEO-focused role, either agency-side or in-house, demonstrating proven working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
  • Deep knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of the current search scenario, experience in GEO to improve brand visibility on major LLMs.
  • Prior experience in technical SEO, preferably for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites.
  • Proven experience in running successful content and link building strategies.
  • Basic understanding of the main synergies between SEO and Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and common data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their constraints related to SEO.
  • Strong familiarity with key search tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahref, Lumar, Screaming Frog, AWR, Majestic).
  • Leveraging modern technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and champion digital evolution.
  • Good proficiency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory due to international projects; a second European language is a significant plus.
  • Cultivating strong internal and external relationships through clear, influential communication and an inclusive collaborative style.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, acquiring new skills, and adapting swiftly to evolving contexts and market demands.
