We are currently looking for a Business Director Role to join us at Bangalore.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the General Manager

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Cinema and OOH ecosystem, including market dynamics and offerings
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams, agencies, and key external stakeholders
In six months:
- Take ownership of driving demand across assigned clients and agency partners
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Deliver a significant portion of assigned revenue targets
In 12 months:
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable business pipeline
- Drive measurable improvement in overall branch performance and team effectiveness
What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
- Manage multiple client briefs and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborate with vendor and media partners to execute campaigns
- Develop and present strategic, data-led media solutions
- Leverage emerging technologies and innovations in Cinema and OOH

Minimum qualifications:
Relevant experience of 5+ years in Media Sales
