We are looking for a Media Coordinator to join our Copenhagen Office

As a Media Coordinator, your responsibility will be to support and facilitate client campaigns from brief to evaluation. Your main focus will be on the active phase of campaigns, where you will be supporting on the coordination and execution of media campaigns for clients.

What you will do

With responsibility for campaign planning and execution, you will collaborate with senior colleagues, activation specialists, clients and creative agencies to ensure the process is running smoothly. You will learn to master the core process of campaign handling and take the lead on coordination with many people across WPP Media.

More specifically, you will

  • Have the overview in terms of deliveries, deadlines and budgets
  • Have control of the deliveries from different activation teams
  • Create and deliver specifications to clients or creative agencies
  • Coordinate with clients along the campaign process

As your career progresses, you will continuously learn and develop skills across all elements of the campaign phase, gradually transitioning into a role with more responsibility.

What you will bring

You are motivated by processes, keeping structure and enjoy handling the coordination of multiple stakeholders, both in-house and externally. You find ease in master tools and fixed processes and have a natural ability when it comes to planning and keeping a good overview. More specifically,

  • You understand the importance of a good campaign flow from start to finish, ideally within an agency setting.
  • You are eager to develop your project management skills.
  • You take ownership of processes and thrive in coordinating with multiple actors.
  • You have a knack for mastering tools and navigating processes.

Most importantly, you have a willingness to learn and enjoy working in a dynamic setting.
