Role Summary & Impact:
We are currently looking for an Associate Business Director to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading strategic account planning across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated communication solutions that drive business growth. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, shape effective strategies, and ensure seamless execution of plans that meet business and marketing objective.

In this role, your goals will be:
In Three Months:
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key partners.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client business objectives and agency processes.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and quality standards.
In Six Months:
- Independently lead client meetings and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive greater value for clients.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
In Twelve Months:
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives and key client relationships.
- Contribute to business growth through cross-selling and new opportunities.
- Develop leadership capabilities and prepare for progression to the next level.
What Your Day Job Looks Like
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Drive business performance through strategic planning, analysis, and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop recommendations that create value for clients and the agency.
- Support commercial planning, resource management, and profitability objectives.
- Lead client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure delivery excellence, quality standards, and achievement of agreed KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support new business initiatives, pitches, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Keep senior leadership informed of key developments, risks, and opportunities within the business.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in client management, strategy, planning, account management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
