About the Role
Join our Leeds planning team as an Account Executive and work alongside a talented team to deliver day-to-day strategies for exciting, award-winning global clients. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and specialist teams to create media strategies rooted in data, audience insights and designed to deliver business results.

This role offers opportunities to lead campaigns, mentor junior team members, and grow your career in a fun, supportive environment. A good understanding of media channels is essential, while curiosity, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm are key.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver media strategies with the Account Director.
  • Act as the client’s key contact, ensuring campaigns meet objectives.
  • Lead the financial management of accounts, adhering to budgets and compliance processes.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • Stay curious - engage in training and industry trends to keep ahead of innovations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Experience in the industry. A good foundation in ATL and digital channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Analytical Skills: Confident interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Build relationships across teams and clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity: Passionate about learning and solving challenges.
  • Organisational Skills: Manage diverse tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Some experience training and mentoring junior team members ideal, but not essential.

Measures of Success

  • 3 Months: Established strong client and team relationships, completed training, and contributed value to campaigns.
  • 6 Months: Delivered impactful campaigns, demonstrated strong client and category knowledge, and actively supported team delivery against client objectives.
